Two protons are travelling with same non -relativistic speed in gravity free space in different directions as shown in figure with their velocities vector making same angle with horizontal and are symmetric about their perpendicular bisector. If we measure the force on each of them due to other's magnetic field we can see that magnitude of force acting on both of them is same but they don't make action reaction pairs. This is not is accordance with newtons third law of mechanics. how is it possible?

Since the magnetic and electric field produced by each proton is time dependent then the time dependent eletric field will produce its induced magnetic field and time dependent magnetic field will produce its own induced electric field. these two induced field act on them in such a way that it will balance the forces and newtons law will hold. so ans is. another force other that columbic force and magnetic force act on them i.e induced force.
