a problem to rolling motion

A solid sphere of mass 0.5 kg is kept on a horizontal surface. The cofficient of static friction between the surface inn contact is 2/7 . What maximum force can be applied at the highest point in horizontal direction so that sphere does not slip on the surface ?

F+fr=Ma, (F-fr)R=I$, where $ is angular acceleration. I for solid sphere = (2/5)MR^2, Since sphere does not slip on the surface, a=R$, Substituting the above in the first two equations yields F=3.33N.
