A rope problem

A thin uniform inextensible rope of mass m m and length l l is initially fastened to the ceiling at both ends with the help of two hooks which are very close to each other.The rope hangs freely.Now one of the ends is released and is let to fall freely.

Find the largest force that other hook must be capable of bearing so that rope remains attached with the ceiling?
