1 Troy pound = 12 * (11/10) = 13.2 avoirdupois ounces = 13.2/16 = 33/40 avoirdupois pounds

So 4,000 Troy pounds = (33/40) * 4,000 = 3,300 avoirdupois pounds = 3300/100 = 33 hundredweight
