I lost my 8-character bank password which had all capital letters in it. I imediatly contacted my customer-executive.Our conversation is stated as :
myself : My password is lost, I cannot log in.
customer-executive : I have changed your password. It has 8 letters , out of which 2 were in your old password.This password is different.
myself: Thanks , now i am able to log in.
Add the index value of the letters in the new password.
