Its simple. You just have to arrange numbers given by girl with all the alphabets.
She written 39=L, 27=H & 36=K.
It clearly shows that difference between all alphabets is of positive 3 numbers.
So coordinating numbers with alphabets we can get following.
A=6, B=9, C=12, D=15, E=18, F=21, G=24, H=27, I=30, J=33, K=36, L=39, M=42, N=45, O=48, P=51, Q=54, R=57, S=60, T=63, U=66, V=69, W=72, X=75, Y=78 and Z=81.
And solving clue given in second paper we get this.
57=R, 48=O, 48=O, 42=M, 63=T, 72=W, 18=E, 45=N, 63=T, 78=Y, 48=O, 45=N and 18=E.
So finally it says as "ROOMTWENTYONE" which is correct room of that girl.
