The number of total seconds in 6 weeks at least has 2 zero in the last (Because of 60*60). The answer can not be 8! or 9! (Both have only one zero at last).

Six weeks contains 6 * 7 * 24 * 3600 seconds. Starting from 2, keep removing numbers from the above multiplication. You will be left with 10. Ans = 10!

Simple method is count number of zeroes in the product ( of 6 weeks), without actually multiplying the factors ( it comes out to be two zeroes) . That knocks out 8,9 straightaway. And 60! is a large number to have just two zeroes. So, 10 is the answer.
We know a day contains 86400 seconds and one week consists of 7 days, so 6 weeks will have 86400 7 6 seconds = 3628800 = 10!
