Well , this sequence is not math-based . In order to find the pattern you must follow these steps:

1 : Read each line aloud .

2 :Once you read a line , read the previous line .

3 : Read all lines . If you haven't understood the pattern yet , read them again and focus on the connection between every two lines

Okay , if you can't see it even now , i will tell you : every two first numbers give this information :

The second digit of the number states what number was the first digit or digits of the previous line . The first digit says how many times the second number appears in the previous line. So 11 means that the first number in the previous line was 1 and it appeared so it was 1 , 32 means that the previous number was 222 and so on . The same logic applies to the next digits of the number so the number that coninues this sequence is 1113213211 which means : in the previous line first appears digit 1 1 time ,digit 3 1 time,followed by digit 1 2 times, then digit 2 3 times and finally digit 1 1 time.
