Since you need sum of the remaining angles, just subtract 72 form 540 .

Sum of interior angles of a polygon is given by the formula (n-2) X 180 , where n is the number of sides .

Here n=5.

So sum of interior angles = (5-2) X 180 > = 3 X 180 > = 540 .
