A well drilling problem

Algebra Level pending

Let there exist two well drilling companies in Peach Springs, Arizona:

○ Company A: For the first meter drill, it would cost $80. After the first meter drill, the cost would increase by $5 more than the previous meter..

○ Company B: For the first meter drill, it would cost $60. After the first meter drill, the cost would increase by 7% of the previous meter.

My mother wants to have a 25 meter deep well drilled inside her backyard. Can you help her choose the right company out of A and B, so that it would cost her less money?

The cost for company A would be $3500, and for company B is $3794.94. So choosing Company A would be more beneficial. But I don't know how to work that out, can someone help me?
