Here the reference letter is $D$ . We find it from the line "letter that comes midway between the letter two to the left of the letter C and the letter immediately to the right of the letter F"

" two to the right" $=2$

"immediately to the left" $=-1$

"three to the right" $=3$

$U=3+2-1=4$ . Hence the required letter lies $4$ units to the right of $D$ . Taking $D$ as $0$ , the letter is $H$
