Capacitive reactance can be expressed as follows:

X C = 1 ω C = 1 2 π f C X_C = \frac{1}{\omega C} = \frac{1}{2 \pi f C}

Plugging in numbers:

X C = 1 2 π ( 60 ) ( 1 ) 2.653 m Ω X_C =\frac{1}{2 \pi (60) (1)} \approx 2.653 \, m \Omega
