It's the sum and subtraction: 7+2 = 9 .: 7-2 = 5; 3+10 =13 :. 10-3 = 7; 6+1 = 7 :. 6-1=5; 5+4 =9 :. 5-4 =1. Then the answer is 1.

For each circle, the top two values influence the bottom two, the bottom left one is equal to the sum of the top two, whereas the bottom right one is equal to the difference between the top two. This means that the bottom right of the fourth circle is equal to

? = 4 5 = 1 ? = |4 - 5| = 1

So the answer is 1 1
