then the shaman line them up in a cue and attached a feather at every one hair, then he removed the black cloth and asked loudly: "every one of you have one feather attached to his hair..one of you should speak up and specify his feather color, if he did right all of you survive, if he did wrong all of you dies.." after a minute the first guy in the line started to talk and said:" I know the solution my feather color is ........" and it was right and all of them survived this situation. As there was silence, the 3rd person did not see 2 white feathers in front of him, or else he would have deduced his feather was black. Hence, we now know that there is at least 1 black feather between the 1st and 2nd person.
If the 2nd person saw a white feather, he would have deduced his feather was black, but silence ensued. This shows that what the 2nd person saw is not a white feather, but a black feather.
Hence, the 1st person deduced his feather was black.
