Let $x$ represents her age, then the following is true:

$\frac{11}{12}\times\frac{5}{7}\times x=22 \implies x= \frac{12\times7\times22}{5\times11}=33.6$ .

So her age range is between $33$ and $34.$

$\frac{5}{7}$ because weekends are not counted.

$\frac{11}{12}$ because one month of every year is not counted.

I disagree. You have double counted weekends during the summer month discarded.

If the discarded month is June or Sept (30 days) and the year is a leap year, 366-104-30 = 232 days are counted. If the discarded month is July or August (31 days) and the year is a normal year, 365-104-31 = 230 days are counted.

Thus her real age is between 22 x 232/366 = 34.71 years and 22 x 230/365 = 34.91 years.

Answer B is correct, between 34 and 35 years.

P.S. If the woman is a kiwi or an Aussie, or Chilean, Argentinian or South African, the eliminated austral summer month might be February with 28 or 29 days!
