Air bubbles in lakes

The water temperature in one lake (lake A) is 1 ° C 1\degree C and in another (lake B) is 39.2 ° F 39.2\degree F . Two air bubbles are formed, one at the bottom of each lake. The depths of the lakes are the same. Which bubble will reach the water surface first, if both start to rise simultaneously? (Neglect viscosity of water, any other force than caused by gravity and change in density of air)

Lake A Can not be determined Lake B
