Write out tables of powers to the modulus 10. 2 1 2014 21^{2014} is 1 and 1 2 2014 12^{2014} is 6, so that 2 1 2014 1 2 2014 21^{2014}-12^{2014} is 5, and so not divisible by 10. Check 11 in a similar way, They are both 1 mod 11, so one take away the other is divisble by 11.

Gah that's messy. I did this in my head in less than a second. :D
