Let side of the third square is x c m x cm .

Area of third square = area of two squares.............[Given]

x 2 = 1 2 2 + 5 2 x^{2} = 12^{2} + 5^{2}

x 2 = 144 + 25 x^{2} = 144 + 25

x 2 = 169 x^{2} = 169

x = 13 \boxed {x = 13}

Hence, P e r i m e t e r = 4 s i d e = 4 13 = 52 c m s . . . . . . . . . . . [ A n s ] Perimeter = 4 * side = 4 * 13 =52 cms...........[Ans]
