Let side of the third square is $x cm$ .

Area of third square = area of two squares.............[Given]

$x^{2} = 12^{2} + 5^{2}$

$x^{2} = 144 + 25$

$x^{2} = 169$

$\boxed {x = 13}$

Hence, $Perimeter = 4 * side = 4 * 13 =52 cms...........[Ans]$
