This question is not hard. Define $\zeta = 20142014$ then $\zeta-1 = 20142013$ and $\zeta+1 = 20142015$ . Substitution gives $\zeta^{2}-(\zeta-1)(\zeta+1)$ = $\zeta^2-(\zeta^2-1) = 1$
