f ( 2 ) f ( 1 ) = 13 7 = 6 f(2) - f(1) = 13 - 7 = \color{#69047E}{\boxed{6}} .

The slope of the expression is the coefficient of x x , which is 6 6 . Thus the instantaneous change between any two points that are one away from each other (such as 1 1 and 2 2 ) have a change in the y y -axis of 6 \boxed{6} .

in the function subsituting the values of 2 and 1 in separate equations ,we get, f(2) = 2X6 +1 that is 13 , similarly f(1) = 1X6 +1 =7 Subtracting f(2) - f(1) we get 13 -7 =6 ANS
