a = 5 , b = 4 a + b a b = 5 + 4 5 4 = 9 a=5,b=4 \Rightarrow \dfrac{a+b}{a-b} =\dfrac{5+4}{5-4}=\boxed{\boxed{9}}

I calculated this mentally. It took me less than a second.
