p : q = 35 p + 42 q = 40 p + 56 q = 35 p = 14 q = p q = 2 5 p:q\\ \\ \\ =35p+42q=40p+56q\\ \\ \\ =35p=14q\\ \\ \\ =\frac { p }{ q } =\frac { 2 }{ 5 }

Wait, the problem is 25 p + 14 q 5 p + 7 p = 8 3 \frac{25p + 14q}{5p + 7p} = \frac{8}{3} right?
I got p:q = 2:1
