90 % = 0.9 90\% = 0.9

Now,

A.

\Rightarrow 0.9 0.9 \dfrac{0.9}{0.9} = 1 = 1

B.

0.9 × 0.9 = 0.81 \Rightarrow 0.9 \times 0.9 = 0.81

So, A = 1 A = 1 and B = 0.81 B = 0.81

Therefore A > B A > B or 1 > 0.81 1 > 0.81

A = 90 % 90 % \frac{90\%}{90\%} , so now take a chocolate break it into say something 5 parts and take 5 parts so now what will you say we have taken whole chocolate, so A = 90 % 90 % \frac{90\%}{90\%} = 1, B = 90 100 \frac{90}{100} * 90 100 \frac{90}{100} (Note: I am not gonna simplify first 90% and another 90% this will be okay but I am doing straight forward multiply first then simplify) so B = 8100 10 , 000 \frac{8100}{10,000} so now simplify it so B = 81 100 \frac{81}{100} so know how is greater B = 81 100 \frac{81}{100} or A = 1 = 100 100 \frac{100}{100} so A is greater than B. 😊😊😊👌🏻

This problem will become much easier if you first write the percentages as decimals. In this case, the equations can be rewritten as A = . 9 . 9 B = . 9 × . 9 A=\frac { .9 }{ .9 } \\ B=.9\times .9 Any non-zero number divided by itself returns a value of 1, so A = 1 A=1 . Also, any number multiplied by a value < 1 reduces the value of the number, so B < 1 B<1 . Therefore, your answer should be A \boxed{A} .
