A is clearly not true as when n=4, 6n+1 will be a multiple of 5 (it ends in a 5).
However, apart from 2 all primes are odd and can either be of the form 6n+1, 6n+3 or 6n-1. However, except for 3 no 6n+3 number can be prime as they all divide by 3.
