Power is in Watts, not Volts. This station could put out 8 million Volts at one Amp or 1 Volt at 8 million Amps...
P = p×q×g×h (rounding density and g)
=1000g/m^3 × 2m^3/s × 10m/s^2 × 500
=10 000 000 WATTS = 10MW
×0.8 efficiency = 8MW
