100/10 is simply 10. you then do 1% of 10, which is 10*0.01. Then, you get 1/10.

This is easy, because 100/10 = 10, and 1 % of 10 = 1 divided by 10, which is 1/10, so 1/10 is the answer.

That's right!!!

1/1oo * 100/1o = 1/10 i.e 0.1

As the aim of this question is to understand % definition I think it expected we solve it without calculus. DEFINTION : 1% of something means you need 100 of 1% to have the complete something. RESOLUTION : 100/10 = 100*1/10 so there are 100 "1/10". That means, by definition, 1% of 100/10 is 1/10.

1% = 1/100 x 100/10 = 100/1000 = 0,1 = 1/10

1% = 1/100 so (1/100)*(100/10) = 1/10

You do division first 100 divided by 10 equals 10 , you can't do anything with the 1% so you put it over the 10
