Would it not depend on the month? I mean, if anyone would have been born in the extreme months of January and December, would it not vary slightly?

Good point! But the question specifically asks for year ‾ ONLY \color{#3D99F6}{\underline{\text{year }}}\text{ONLY} . All given information are in years.
