Make equations based on definition of concentration. Concentration is amount of acid divided by sum of amount of acid and water (I assume it's water-based solutions but it can be different). (100 * 0.45+V c)/(100+V)=0.6 (1)
( 100 * 0.5+V
c)/(100+V)=0.62 (2) Solving system of equations (1) and (2) gives result 150. 45+V c = 60+0.6 * V ; 50+V c = 62+0.62 * V =>difference between last 2 equations gives 5 = 2+0.02 * V => V= 3/0.02=150.
