The person that post this probably want 1+sqrt(2) instead of 1+2sqrt(2). I guess just that. You can reduce (3-2sqrt(2))^(1/6) into (sqrt(2)-1)^(1/3) and then multiply it with the left form.

Correct, this is a NMTC 2015 question, there it was root 2 and not 2root2
