Solution:

t ( 2 t + 5 ) 5 ( 1 2 t ) = 2 ( 3 + 4 t ) 3 ( t 4 ) \Rightarrow t - ( 2t + 5 ) - 5 ( 1 - 2t ) = 2 ( 3 + 4t ) - 3 ( t - 4 )

t 2 t 5 5 + 10 t = 6 + 8 t 3 t + 12 \Rightarrow t - 2t - 5 - 5 + 10t = 6 + 8t - 3t + 12

t 2 t + 10 t 8 t + 3 t = 5 + 5 + 6 + 12 \Rightarrow t - 2t + 10t - 8t + 3t = 5 + 5 + 6 + 12

4 t = 28 \Rightarrow 4t = 28

t = 28 / 4 \Rightarrow t = 28/4

Answer: t = 7 \Rightarrow \boxed{t = 7}

t - ( 2t + 5 ) - 5 ( 1 - 2t ) = 2 ( 3 + 4t ) - 3 ( t - 4 ). Find the value of t

Sol. t - 2t - 5 - 5 +10t = 6 + 8t - 3t + 12 9t - 10 = 5t + 18 9t - 5t = 18+ 10 4t = 28 4t/4 = 28/4 t = 7

Solving: t ( 2 t + 5 ) 5 ( 1 2 t ) = 2 ( 3 + 4 t ) 3 ( t 4 ) t 2 t 5 5 + 10 t = 6 + 8 t 3 t + 12 4 t = 28 t = 7 \begin{aligned} t - (2t + 5) - 5(1 - 2t) &= 2(3 + 4t) - 3(t - 4) \\ t - 2t - 5 - 5 + 10t &= 6 + 8t - 3t + 12 \\ 4t &= 28 \\ t &= \boxed{7} \\ \end{aligned}

Therefore, the answer is 7 .
