When a kid leaves The room, it not only changes the percentage of the Total number of kids, but also effects the total number of people in the room. Here the system is dynamic.
So, suppose x kids leave the room due to which the kids become 98% of the total people.
Then: 2 0 0 − x 1 9 8 − x = 0 . 9 8 on solving we get x = 1 0 0 .
