This equation can be written as x^2(x^7+x^6+x^4+x^2+30)=34=1 34=2 17 x^2 is positive and a perfect square of an integer hence x=1 or -1 (as x^2 can't be 2,17 or 34). Also the term written in the bracket will have to be equal to 34 hence x=1. This equation can also be written as x(x^8+x^7+x^5+x^3+30 x)=1 34=(-1) (-34)=2 17=(-2) (-17) this also gives x=1 only.
