The total speed is 60+30=90km/hr.

Now convert this into m/sec.

To do this multiply by 5/18

Therefore,90 x 5/18 = 25 m/sec.

Total length of the two trains = 280+320 =600m.

Now divide 600 by 25.

On dividing you will get the answer as 24.
