WORK DONE BY THE PERSON IS = - ( potential energy stored between three charges )
so PE = 3 * [ k * (10 10^-6) *( 10 10^-6)] / (10/100)

so PE = 27 workdone = -27 N-m

why You divide it with 10/100?
