This is a funny problem I must say... At first glance, I was very confused since 1234567890 1234567890 itself divides it but Brilliant answers are 999 \le 999 ... Then I noticed the word integers not positive integers and it instantly destroyed the problem... Since the negated version of every positive divisor of a number is also a divisor of that number, we find that the sum telescopes, yielding the answer to be 0 \fbox{0} .
