What is x in the following (round to nearest integer if decimal):

$x \times \sqrt4 = 2$

Since $\sqrt4 = 2$ :

$x \times 2 = 2$

$2x = 2$

$x = 1$

Answer $\rightarrow \fbox{x = 1}$

x • sqrt(4) = 2 x • 2 = 2 sqrt(4) = 2 x = 1 x • 2 / 2 = 2 / 2

Solution: x = 1
