in one full rotation i.e in 12 hours, angle swapped=360 degree. so, in 1 hour angle swapped=360/12=30 degree.so, at 5:20 between 4 and 5, angle=30+(angle swapped in additional 20 minutes ).in 60 min=30 so in 20 min=(30/60*20)=10. ans=30+10=40 degree
