For x x around 5.99 (actually, any positive x x ) we have:

S g n ( x ) = 1 Sgn(x)=1

x = x |x|=x

e ln ( x ) = x e^{\ln(x)}=x

Therefore y = 1 x x × x = x y=\frac{1}{\frac{x}{x}}\times x=x , and so y = 0 y''=\boxed{0} .
