Angle NOP=60

SO Angle TOP =60

IN THE TRIANGLE (TOP) Angle (TPO) =Angle (TPA)=180-(90+60) =30

As semi circle NOT= 180 deg, NOB= 60 deg and therefore BOT=120 deg. OTP= 90 deg, TOP= 180-BOT = 60 deg. APT/OPT= 180-90-60= 30 deg. :)
