It can't be $A$ , because it says that there is only one true statement, if it is true, it is the only correct statement, but the $B$ statement will be true too, so there is a contradition.

$D$ is true because $A$ is false, so there are more than one true statement.

The answer cannot be A, because if it is correct, then B will be true too. Because that A is wrong, and B is wrong too, C must be right. D is true beacuse A is false, as it says that there is only 1 true statement. Now, there are 2 possibilities here: either nothing is right, or more than 1 statement is right. So, D must be right.
