$\text{as it is a right triangle ,so according to Pythagoras,the altitude will be}$

$\sqrt{{hypotenuse^{2}}-{base^{2}}}=altitude$

or, $\sqrt{169^2-120^2}=119$

$\text{so,the perimeter will be=119+120+169=408 unit}$

and now,

$\text{the area will be}$ $=\frac{1}{2} \times 119 \times 120=7140 sq. unit$

$\text{so, the numerical summation of the perimeter and the area is=7140+408=7548}$
