( x 3 ) 2 + ( y 4 ) 2 = 1 \left( \frac { x }{ 3 } \right) ^{ 2 }+\left( \frac { y }{ 4 } \right) ^{ 2 }=1 is an ellipse

so the Area is π × 3 × 4 \pi \times 3 \times 4 = 12 π ≈ 37.699 12 \pi \approx \quad 37.699
