we can get the area under the curve by integrate the curve equation y = 1 x y= \frac {1}{x} A r e a = 1 e e 1 x d x = l n ( x ) 1 e e = 1 ( 1 ) = Area = \int_\frac {1}{\mathrm{e}}^\mathrm{e} \frac {1}{x}\,\mathrm{d}x=\left.\mathrm{ln(x)}\right|_\frac {1}{\mathrm{e}}^\mathrm{e} = \mathrm{1 - (-1)} = 2 2
