Consider any parabola. A horizontal line having intercept c c on the y y -axis bounds area A A with parabola. Now, this horizontal line is rotated by an angle B < 9 0 ∘ B<90^\circ , keeping y y -intercept same.

If it is rotated in the clockwise direction, then the new area is A 1 A_1 . if it is rotated in the clockwise direction. then the new area is A 2 A_2
