Areal velocity = dA/dt . dA/dt = (r x v)/2 as the area swept is representable as a triangle whose area is half of a parallelogram. Given that angular momentum, L = r x mv. Then, dA/dt = L/2m. Plugging in the given quantities: dA/dt = 56000/2000 = 28.
