The radius is 4, then the double radius is 8.

Then 8 × 8 = 64 cm 2 8 \times 8 = \boxed { 64 } \text { cm } ^ { 2 } .

The side length of the square is equal to the diameter of the circle. So the area of the square is 8 × 8 = 64 8\times 8=\boxed{64}

Diameter of cicrle is equal to side. So, side =8 Area=64
