They lie on a line. Slope[ (0,8/3) , (1,3) ] = Slope[ (82,30),(1,3) ] = 1/3

You can also use the distance formula for finding out the distance by taking any two points at a time.The sum total of the distance of the two points will be equal to the distance of the third points which violates the law that the sum of any two sides in a triangle must be greater than the third side. Hence, triangle formation with these points isn't possible.

I drew with rough hand and saw this cant be a Triangle !!!
