If a team wins all games, it means that it has defeated the other 4 teams. So, all of the other 4 teams have been defeated once. Therefore, none of the other 4 teams can win all their games.
Similarly, if a team loses all games, it means that it has been defeated by the other 4 teams. So, all of the other 4 teams have won at least one game against this team. Therefore, none of the other 4 teams can lose all their games.
But, it is possible for one team to win all their games and another team to lose all their games.
Hence, the correct answer is, both scenario 1 and scenario 2 are not possible.
