I walked 400 400 meters from my house to the gym in 80 80 seconds, then from the gym back to my house in 100 100 seconds. What is my average speed the whole trip in meters per seconds rounded to two decimal places?

average speed = total distance /total time

or, average speed = 800 180 \frac {800}{180} =4.44 m/s
