Jocab has ten coins and ten spinners with 1-3, If he spins the spinners and flips the coins. What is the combined probability of getting the 2 least likely combinations ? (order does not matter)

Well, there aren't two least likely combinations, but six equally likely combinations, each of which requires all the spinners and all the coins to end on the same result. The probability of all ten spinners ending on the same number is 3 10 3^{-10} while the probability of all ten dice ending on the same number is 2 10 2^{-10} . Thus the minimal probability is 6 10 1.65382 × 1 0 8 6^{-10} \approx 1.65382 \times 10^{-8} . If we double this to get the combined probability of two of these states, we get 3.307634 × 1 0 8 . 3.307634 \times 10^{-8}.
